Installation

Install TO Places on your Joomla backend.
1) Click: Extension > Manage > Install

2) Select one of the three installation options and install.

3) Click on the star to mark default.
4) Refresh your Joomla frontend page and verify that the template is correctly installed.

 

 

 

Access the Settings

TO Places is easily configurable.
1) In your Joomla backend click on: Extensions > Templates > Styles

2) Click on the template name to enter its configuration

 

 

 

Colors

TO Places has four color groups at the user's choice. Colors are taken by different natural environments from different parts of the world: Antarctica, Caribbean, Desert y Jungle.
Each group uses a range of 16 colors and they combine to form part of the modules and texts.

1) In the template configuration click on the "Site" tab.
2) Under "Template color" Select one of the four color options: Antarctica, Caribbean, Desert y Jungle.
3) In "Background color for Above modules" select one of the nine options.
4) In "Background color for WideColor1" select one of the seven options for the WideColor1 module.
5) Do the same in "Background color for WideColor2"

 

 

 

Google text fonts

Twelve Google sources of your choice for titles, article texts and navigation.
Open Sans, Lato, Roboto, Lora, Black Han Sans, Chakra Petch, Dancing Script, Fredoka One, Indie Flower, Bangers, Patua One, Playfair Display

1) In "Title source" select one of the twelve options.
2) Do the same to select the text in "Body source" and "Navigation source".

 

 

 

Font Size

4 font sizes: small, medium, large, and extra-large.
Font sizes are "Root", this means that when selecting a font size, all the text sizes on the website automatically change (links, titles, article texts, and all tags p, h1, h2, h3, h4, etc.) keeping related to the selected "Root" font size.

Under "Font size" select one of the options, small, medium, large and extra large.

 

 

 

Logo

You can place your company logo.
It is recommended that the logo does not exceed 370 pixels wide by 85 pixels high in any image format, example png, jpg, gif, etc.

1) Select Yes or No to show or hide your logo.
2) In "Your Logo" select the path to the image.
3) In "Site title" Enter the title or name of your company. It will be displayed on the alt tag of your image, this is necessary for the SEO of your site.

 

 

 

Description

You can place a descriptive phrase to display in the upper area of your site.

1) In "Site description" Enter the text. HTML tags are allowed, example: for line break type <br />
2) In "Where will it be displayed?" select only home or all pages.

 

 

 

Copyright

You can place the Copyright information of your website or company in the lower area.

1) Select Yes or No to show or hide the Copyright information.
2) In "Copyright notice" enter or modify the sample text.

 

 

 

Creator

Information of the creator, designer or administrator of your website. You can place the name of your company, webmaster or better and leave TemplaOs creator of the template, we will be very grateful for your collaboration :)

1) Select Yes or No to show or hide the creator's information.
2) In "Creator Information" modify or leave the sample text.
In "URL link to the creator" you can enter the url of the creator.

 

 

 

Login

TO Places includes an elegant sliding box for user login in the template. By default it already comes in the "Login" module position. Just remember to activate the login module on your Joomla backend and give it the "Login" module position.
If you prefer to use another login module remember to disable "Show login" in the Login tab in the template settings.

1) Enter the Login tab in the template configuration.
2) Select Yes or No to show or hide the Login slider box.
3) In "Login button title" enter or modify the sample text. It is recommended to use little text.
IMPORTANT: For the sliding login box to work, you must activate Joomla's native login module in the login position.

 

 

 

Contact

You can display contact data in module positions Info1 or Info2.
If you prefer to use another module in Info1 or Info2 position remember to deactivate "Show phone" or "Show address".
HTML tags are allowed, example: for line break type <br />

1) Enter the Contact tab.
2) Select Yes or No to show or hide Phone.
3) In "Telephone number" enter or modify the sample text.
4) Select Yes or No to show or hide Address.
5) In "Address information" enter or modify the sample text.

 

 

 

Share

You can display a fixed floating box in the left area of the screen with links to share on the main social networks.

1) Select Yes or No to show or hide the share button box.
2) In "Cash title" enter or modify the sample text.
3) Select Yes or No to show or hide the title.

 

 

 

Social networks

Share your social networks with the users who visit your website. You can quickly configure and activate this section in the header of your website.
If you prefer to use this module position for another add-on or module, remember to select No in "Show social networks".

1) Select Yes or No to show or hide social networks.
2) In "Title" enter or modify the sample text.
3) Select Yes or No to show or hide the title.

4) Enter the URL of your social network in the corresponding field and leave blank those you do not want to appear.
IMPORTANT: Example link: https://www.facebook.com/mypage (URL must be complete)
Leave blank social networks that you will not use.

 

 

 

Positions of Modules

TO Places is a template with 60 positions of 100% responsive modules.

Check the module positions in the image.
The header area includes the positions of modules Logo, ToolBar, Search, Login, and Cart.
SuperWide positions use 100% of the screen.
WideColor positions use 100% of the body, that is, the entire body width of the website. The colors for WideColor can be selected in the Template settings, on the Site tab.
AboveAuto positions are multiple from 1 to 6 and adjust themselves to the width. If you use a single position it will use 100% of the width of the body, if you use two each one will automatically use 50%, if you use 3 positions each one will use 33%, 4 use 25% each, 5 20% and 6 16.6% each.
The Above and Footer positions are fixed and in its name it informs the width and location, example: Above25-1 uses 25% in position 1, Footer50-2 uses 50% in position 2.

Assign the position to a module:
Within the module configuration, click on the drop-down selector to select position.
Search the TO Places positions in the list and select it. Save the changes.
